摘要
用ＣＴ对５例成人股骨中段骨折内固定后的骨再造行为进行了在体试验研究。结果表明，由于钢板的应力遮挡效应，使成人股骨产生了明显的骨损失，主要是内膜向外移动。
In this paper,the authors research the bone remodeling behavior in the vivo mid diaphysis of internal fixation femurs of five adults by means of computer Tomograns.The results show the adult femur reflects obvious bone loss,which occurs mostly on the expansion of endosteel envelope,because of the effect of stress shielding of the plate implanted.
