自拟三金排石汤治疗泌尿系结石42例疗效探讨

目的：分析和探讨自拟三金排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法：采用自拟三金排石汤治疗泌尿系结石42例，观察疗效。结果：所有患者经过5～6个疗程的治疗，其中20例（47．6％）治愈，18例（42．9％）显效或好转，4例（9．5％）无效，总有效率92．9％。所有患者平均排石天数为10．4±7．8。结论：自拟的三金排石汤治疗肾、输尿管、膀胱、尿道等部位结石，能标本兼治、临床疗效较好，值得进一步探索、研究和推广。

Objective：The analysis and the discussion from draws up three metals row of Shi Tang to treat the uropoiesis is the stone curative effect. Results： All patients pass through 5 - 6 treatment course treatments,20 example （47.6 %） cure, 18 exam- ple （42.9%） appearance or change for the better,4 examples （9.5%） invalid, total effectiveness 92.9~. All patient row of stone number of days is equally 10.4±7.8. Conclusion.. From draws up three metals row of Shi Tang treats spot stones and so on the kidney, ureter,urinary bladder, urethra, can treat the symptoms and the causes, the clinical curative effect is good, is worth further exploring,the research and the promotion.
