摘要
单晶铝线材除了具有健全的内部质量外,还具有非常优异的塑性加工性能.本文通过用自制的水平式单晶连铸设备制造出直径为8mm的纯铝金属单晶线材,对其进行实时动态拉伸试验和扫描电镜断口分析.结果表明:单晶连铸铝线材在变形量小于395%时,其塑性变形具有明显的单系滑移特征,当变形量大于395%时,才出现多系滑移特征.其断口分析表明:单晶材料为延性断口;而多晶材料的断口为典型的混合断口,除有少量的韧窝外,还有不少显微孔洞。
The real time dynamic tensile property of CCSC aluminium wire was studied.The results indicate that when the plastic strain is smaller than 39 5%,plastic deformation has typicality of uniserial slipping.After then,It transforms to multi serial slipping.The SEM morphology of fracture shows that singal crystal has the charicteristics of ductile fracture and the poly crystal one has mixture fracture.
