单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎应用更昔洛韦滴眼液与炎琥宁联合治疗疗效观察

目的：探讨更昔洛韦滴眼液与炎琥宁合用治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床效果及安全性。方法：选择2009年2月至10月在我院治疗的80例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40例，对照组单纯采用更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用炎琥宁治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果：观察组治愈20例，好转15例，总有效率87．5％，对照组治愈16例，好转13例，总有效率72．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组疗效要优于对照组；两组患者的肝肾功能及血尿常规均无明显变化，观察组有1例患者应用炎琥宁后出现胃肠道反应，但不影响治疗。结论：更昔洛韦滴眼液与炎琥宁合用治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效较好，使用安全，可以有效改善患者的症状和缩短病程，值得在临床更多应用。

Methods=Chooses from February,2009 to October in my courtyard treatment 80 example pure blister measles virulent keratitis patient,divides into the observation group and the control group stochastically,each group of 40 examples, the control group uses past Luo river Wei Diyan purely the fluid treatment,the observation group uses the inflammation amber in control group＇s foundation rather to treat, and responded not good compared with two group of patient＇s clinical curative effects. Results： The observation group cures 20 examples, changes for the better 15 examples,the total effectiveness 87.5 % ,the control group cures 16 examples, changes for the better 13 examples, the total effectiveness 72.5% ,two group of comparison differences have statistics significance （P〈0.05）, the observation group curative effect must surpass the control group;Two group of patient＇s hepatorenal functions and hematuria convention not obviously change, after the observation group has 1 example patient application inflammation amber rather to appear the gastro-intestinal tract to respond,but does not affect the treatment. Conclusion：Past Luo river Wei Diyan the fluid and the inflammation amber rather come in handy the treat ment pure blister measles virulent keratitis curative effect-to be good,the use security,may improve patient＇s symptom and the reduction course of an illness effectively,is worth in the clinical more applications.
