美皮康在面罩吸氧患者中的应用及效果观察

目的：评价面罩吸氧患者面部压疮的发生，提高患者的舒适度。方法：随机将60例面罩吸氧患者分为对照组、观察组（先用美皮康贴在面部两侧）进行比较。结果：观察组面部压疮发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），而舒适度显著提高（P〈0．01）。结论：美皮康能提高面罩患者舒适度，减少压疮的发生。

Objective： Appraises the face guard to attract the oxygen patient face to press the sore the occurrence, enhances patient＇s comfort level. Methods： Attracts 60 example face guards the oxygen patient to divide into stochastically the control group, the observation group （uses America Pi Kang Tie in face both sides to carry on first） the comparison. Results：The observation group face presses the sore formation rate obviously to be lower than the control group （P〈0.05） ,but the comfort level obviously enhances （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： America Pi Kang can enhance the face guard patient comfort level,reduces presses the sore the occurrence.
