奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林联合用于治疗消化性溃疡的疗效分析

目的：评价奥美拉唑、克拉霉素与阿莫西林联合用于治疗消化性溃疡的疗临床疗效。方法：收集我院消化内科的完整住院病例67例，其中给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林联合用药的消化性溃疡者31例，为治疗组；给予奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗的消化性溃疡者36例，为对照组。比较两组的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组痊愈26例，4例好转，1例无效，治愈率83．87％；对照组痊愈20例，11例好转，5例无效，治愈率57．14％。结论：奥美拉唑、克拉霉素与阿莫西林联合用于治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著且不良反应少。
