目的：小儿肱骨髁上骨折克氏针内固定术后的康复指导。方法：我院于2009年7月至2010年6月共收治肱骨髁上骨折76例，手术63例，保守治疗13例，分为早期骨折，中期骨折，晚期骨折，及出院后病人的康复指导，病员达到满意效果。结果：本组63例肱骨髁上骨折术后康复功能指导（除7月份手术病员外），术后病员随访，屈曲达130度，背伸0度，无肘关节畸形及关节僵硬等并发症发生。总结：对63例肱骨髁上骨折病员克氏针内固定术，病员损伤小，住院时间短，术后3—5天就出院，住院费用2000-3000元，病员功能锻炼造，功能恢复好，等二次取内固定在门诊拔除钢针，减轻病员的负担，临床疗效好。
