摘要
把齿轮作为弹性体,研究动力传动过程中轮齿变形导致的工作压力角变化、瞬时节点跳动、瞬时不定传动比、速度波动等引起的振动的机理.结合轮齿加载啮合分析和边界元法编制计算分析软件;建立齿轮副弹性啮合过程模型;分析各运动参数变化的规律,并结合啮合原理对计算结果进行分析.
Regarding gears as elastic bodies, mechanism how gear pair working pressure angle variation causes instantaneous pitch hopping,makes instantaneous inconstant transmission ratio, and finally resultS in vibration in power transmission was discussed. A software has been worked out to calculate gear loaded mesh analysis and to simulate the process of gear mesh as elastic body. The real fluctuations of parameters are analysed and calculated in the light of gear mesh theory.
