目的：探讨高血压性脑出血患者的临床观察和护理要点。方法：对21例脑出血患者的病情观察及护理进行分析、讨论。结论：通过严密观察病情，早期发现、及时处理，积极控制血压，加强体位反身心护理，防止并发症的发生，对病情的预后有重要作用。

Conclusion： Through the strict observation condition,the early discovery, prompt processing,controls the blood pressure positively,the enhance- ment body posture and body and mind nursing,prevented the complication the occurrence,has the vital role to the condition prognosis.
