浅析苓桂术甘汤加味配合西药治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭80例疗效观察

目的：探讨了苓桂术甘汤加味配合西药治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭临床疗效观察。方法：将全部患者分为对照组和治疗组，对照组和治疗组分别为80例，对照组采取西医治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上配合苓桂术甘汤对患者，对比两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组在改善心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭患者临床症状、体征、心功能等方面明显优于对照组P〈0．05。结论：苓桂术甘汤加味配合西药治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭有很好的疗效，值得临床推广。
