硬膜外封闭复合牵引疗法治疗椎间盘突出症效果观察

目的：了解硬膜外封闭复合牵引治疗腰椎间突出症的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年至2010年30例腰椎间盘突出症患者，用激素、局部麻醉药和雏生素等混合液15～25ml，经硬膜外给药封闭，复合康复牵引治疗，7天1次，3次1疗程，观察其临床效果。结果：对30例患者治疗，平均改善率为90％以上，取得较好效果。结论：总的来看，硬膜外给药封闭，再复合物理牵引治疗，安全而且简单，只要由有临床经验的麻醉医师操作硬膜外封闭，再复合康复牵引，是治疗腰椎间盘突出症经济而又有效的方法之。
