润滑油对齿轮疲劳点蚀的影响

润滑油对齿轮的疲劳点蚀寿命有影响，而且影响很大,润滑油选用不当或润滑油质量不高，可使疲劳点蚀寿命降低一半；选用高性能润滑油可使疲劳点蚀寿命提高2～3倍，而高性能润滑油的关键在添加剂的合理复配．通过对鞍钢线材厂使用的国产525油膜轴承油的试验研究，证明国产润滑完全可以替代进口润滑油，不会降低齿轮的疲劳寿命。

Lubricants greatly influence fatigue pitting of gear.If lubricants are chosen unsuitable or in low quality,fatigue life decreases 1/2,contrary chose high properties lubricants,fatigue life raises 2~3 times.The key of high properties lubricants is compound of additives.The paper studied domestic 525 ol film bearing lubricants that were used in AnGang. The result shown that domestic lubricants may replace import lubricants.Life of fatigue pitting of gear don't come down.
