摘要
对大多数腰椎间盘膨出或突出娃患者来说牵引不失为一种行之有效的方法。目前临床上那种传统的挂吊式水平牵引床基本上被各式先进的电动牵引床所取代。特别是功能齐全的三维、四维牵引床,便具有牵引减压和旋转复位等功能,具有传统挂吊式牵引所无法比拟的优越性。但笔者通过多年的临床观察发现,电动牵引床在使用过程中有一个缺陷,即在每次牵引完毕或每一次间隙牵引床面回退的时候,其回退的速度远远快于肌肉本身收缩的速度。因此被牵引拉长的棘上韧带,在回退时,由于张力减退处于松弛状态,受床面回退时的前后挤压力作用,而被嵌顿入被拉宽的相邻的棘突间隙,造成长卡压伤。

Therefore is towed on the thorn which elongates the ligament, when returns draws back, because the tensity decrease is at the flaccid condition, returns the surface of bed draws back when around to extrude the action of force, hut is inlaid enters is pulled the width the neighboring spinous process gap, creates the long card to crush.
