摘要
介绍了以高性能80C196单片机为核心的平面度在线测量系统的软件和硬件结构，并结合基面转换法和最小二乘法理论，较好地满足了平面度在线测量的要求．给出了系统基本构成及工作程序流程框图．本测量系统性能优越、工作可靠、经济实用、准确度高．
This paper introduces the hardware and software of the measuring system whose core is 80C196 single-chip microcomputer. According to the base-planes rotating method, the system can greatly meet the requirement of on-line measurement for flatness. Reliability, economics and precision are the characteristics of the system.
