陈旧性椎体压缩性骨折的微创治疗选择

摘要 经皮椎体成形术（PVP）与脊柱后凸成形术（PKP）是目前治疗椎体压缩性骨折等脊柱痰患的一项重要微创技术，该技术经皮向压缩骨折椎体内注入骨水泥填充物，从而增强骨折椎体的稳定性，缓解疼痛。而以液压球囊和Sky骨膨胀复住器为基础的PKP作为经皮椎体成形术的改进，大有取代后者之势。但对于病情缓慢且局部情况复杂的陈旧性椎体压缩性骨折来说，上述手术方式的效果应重新评价。
