高压氧治疗皮质下缺血性血管性疾病患者步态障碍的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察高压氧治疗皮质下缺血性血管性疾病患者的步态障碍疗效。方法:对36例患者高压氧治疗前后进行平衡功能评定及步态分析,平衡功能评定采用Berg量表,步态分析采用足印法收集步态资料,主要测量每位患者的步幅、步速。结臬:皮质下缺血性血管性疾病患者与对照组比较存在平衡功能的下降,经过高压氧治疗后平衡功能、步幅、步速有明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论:高压氧治疗对改善皮质下缺血性血管性疾病患者的步态障碍有一定的疗效。 Objective:To observed effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment in patients with subcortical ischemic vascular disease of gait disorders. Methods:On 36 patients before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy assessed balance functionand gait analysis,balance function was assessed using Berg Scale, gait analysis using footprint gait data were collected,the main measure each patient's stride length, walking speed. Result Subcortical ischemic vascular disease patients compared with the control group there is a decline in balance function, after hyperbaric oxygen treatment balance, stride length, walking speed has improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant. Conclution Hyperbaric oxygen treatment to improve the subcortical ischemie vascular disease in patients with gait disorders have a certain effect.
