摘要
在对炼钢厂钢包转运过程进行解析中,给出了钢包运行时间因素的数学描述,提出钢包转运过程的"柔性时间"概念和钢包使用个数的计算方法.同时,对钢包运行的优化进行了分析,建立了钢包转运的物理模型.
On the bases of developing technology of high speed continuous casting, this paper analyzedthe process of ladle transporting in converter plant of Guangzhou iron & Steel Co. Ltd.was analyzed, and timefactor of ladle cycling in mathematics was described. A new conception of flexible time was set forth, and akind of method on quantity of ladle calculating was provided. Meanwhile, by studied optimization of ladletransporting in the production route thoroughly, physical model of ladle cycling was established.
