摘要
利用自制的微动腐蚀测试系统,研究1Cr13不锈钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中,不同的阴极保护电位下的微动腐蚀行为.结果表明:未加阴极保护时,微动使自然腐蚀电位快速负移到稳定值;微动腐蚀失重量随阴极保护电位的负移而逐渐减小,-670mV时失重量达到最小值,此后失重量随保护电位的负移而逐渐增加,电位负于-800mV时失重量大于未加阴极保护时的失重量.
The fretting corrosion performance of 1Cr13 stainless steel in NaCI solution at different cathodic protection potenrials was studied by means of the fretting corrosion measurement and the test system.Fretting makes cormsion potential shift fast to stable value when cathodic protection is absent mass loss of fretting corrosion gradually decreases with cathodic protection protential's moving negatively, reaching the mininum at potential of -670 mV(SCE): then, mass loss gradually increases when cathodic protection potential'sgoes on moving negatively.Mass loss of fretting corrosion at protection potential of - 850 mV(SCE) surpassesthat without cathodic protection.
