射频热凝消融术加臭氧术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨C臂引导下经皮穿刺射频导管针行射频消融术+臭氧术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效。方法:41例腰椎间盘突出症患者在C臂引导下经皮穿刺射频导管针,先射频热凝消融,后通过其注射臭氧行臭氧消融术治疗。结果:优24例(59%),良10例(24%),可3例(7%),差4例(10%),优良率83%,有效率90%。未发现严重并发症。结论:射频热凝消融术+臭氧术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种高效、经济、安全的微创方法。
