经皮空心螺钉内固定术治疗髌骨骨折18例体会

Percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation of patella fracture 18 cases treatment experience

目的：探讨经皮空心螺钉内固定术治疗髌骨骨折的体会。方法：自2005年6月到2009年6月，我科应用在X线机透视下经皮空心螺钉固定治疗非粉碎髌骨骨折18例。疗效确切。结果：18例骨折全部愈合，平均愈合时间为1．5个月，1例屈膝略受限，其余17例患者膝关节活动功能完全恢复。结论：经皮空心钉治疗髌骨简单骨折以及无关节面骨块游离的粉碎性骨折，是一种行之有效的内固定方法。基层医院可以开展。

Objective..Explore percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation of treatment of patella fracture experience. Methods： Since June 2005 to June 2009, I branch application in X--ray machine fluoroscopy percutaneous hollow holt is fixed in the treatment of patella fracture crushing 18 cases. Definite effect Results.-18 patients with fracture healing time all healed, average for 1.5 months, and ] case knees slightly is limited,the remaining 17 cases with knee function fully recovered. Conclasion..Percutaneous treatment of patella fracture cannulated screw simple and free of articular surface bone pieces of free a commimuted fracture,it is an effective in- ternal fixation method. Can carry on the basic-- level hospitals.
