麻风病足底溃疡的临床护理

目的：寻找麻风足底溃疡防治方法，提麻风病足底溃疡的治疗水平。方法：主要原因为麻风病期间病菌对患者的肢体附近神经血管的损害，患者的肢体皮肤已然没有感知疼痛的能力。没有好的办法预防创伤，更加没有过早发现和处理局高温等所引起的损伤部和局部受外力损伤。在这样的情况下只有用个人的护理和手术清创。并充分休息。结果：在过程中已经有18例溃疡病人治愈，有效控制29例患者溃疡的恶化。有的溃疡面积发生明显缩小和症状好转。结论：在这次防治麻风足底溃疡的实践里得到一些结论，重视对患者的康复教育，患者长时间的坚持个人的清洁护理，产生溃疡的几率就会减少很多。

Objective： Looking for prevention and cure leprosy thenar ulcer, tiago leprosy thenar ulcer treatment level.
