摘要
采用电子探针法测定了羚羊角尖部、基部、骨塞及商品羚羊角粉中无机元素,探讨了其无机元素的含量差别与药性的关系。研究表明,羚羊角性寒、归肝经、清肝明目功效主要得自于羚羊角带血丝的尖部,为羚羊角之上上品;羚羊角味咸、凉血解毒功效主要得自于羚羊角基部。而羚羊角骨塞中Ca含量高,具有镇静作用,可作为Ca资源加以利用。
The inorganic elements in the tip, base and bony structure of horn of saiga tatarica L. and the commodity powders of Cornu Saigae Tataricae were determined by electron probe analysis.The relations between inorganic elements and the property of drug were further studied. This study provides an experimental basis for clinical practice and quality control of the commodity powder of Cornu Saigae Tatarica.
