摘要
针对国内镀锌钝化膜耐盐雾试验满足不了轿车要求而开发了CL—HR钝化工艺,应用SEM、XRD等检测手段对钝化膜的结构和成分作了分析,探讨了钝化膜耐蚀的机理。
According to the French PSA norm B15 4101 the chromate passive film on the zinc plating coating, which applied to some parts of CITROEN car, will not show any white rust after 200 hours NSS test. Author of this paper developed a new passivation formula and analysed composition of two kinds of passive film on the zinc plating by means of SEM test and XRD test.
