出口生产增长与产业结构调整——对我国产业结构缺陷制约出口生产增长的剖析

近40年来,我国出口生产增长的主要带动因素一直是出口原料性初级产品和粗加工制成品。自1978年实行改革开放政策以来,出口生产与出口产品结构有了一定改善,但初级产品仍占很大比重。随着对外贸易的规模不断扩大,世界经济格局的变化以及国际市场上初级产品价格的波动,都对我国外贸出口产生深远影响,因此,我国的出口生产正面临着严重的结构困扰。本文试图从我国出口面临的困难出发,根据产业结构缺陷对出口生产制约的分析,探讨今后我国外贸出口生产的发展问题。

In the past 40 years, the export of primary goods and semi-processed products has been an element that gives an impetus to the growth of export goods production. Since the pursuing of the reform and opening policy in 1978, certain changes have taken place in the structure of export goods production and export products, but primary goods still comprise a iarge proportion of the exports. The ever expanding foreign trade, the changes in the world economic pattern and the fluctuation of primary goods prices in the international market all have a profound influence on the export of our country. Therefore, our production of export goods is facing a serious difficulty in its structure. In view of this difficulty, the article is trying to study the future development of the country's exports production on the basis of an analysis of the structural shortcomings that limit such production.
