摘要 介绍了用纽马格双组份复合纺短纤生产线生产PE/PET的工艺,并对原料、纺丝温度、冷却条件、后拉伸倍数、卷曲、松弛定型等工艺条件进行了讨论.结果表明,选择合适的纺丝温度.冷却条件,后拉伸倍数在3.5左右,松弛定型温度105℃时,可生产出质量稳定的PE/PET同心皮芯型复合短纤维. The production process of PE/PET sheath - core fiber on Neumag bicomponent staple fiber spinning and drawing line is introduced. The specification of raw materials and conditions of process, such as spinning, cooling, drawing, cirmping and heat setting are discussed. The result shows that PE/PET concentric sheath - core staple fiber with stable quality can be pro-duced by selecting suitable spinning temperature and cooling condition, specially draw ratio being 3.5 and relaxing heat set-ting temperature 105℃.
