摘要
对锦纶6聚合过程中的铸带用水从一次性使用改为循环使用的思路及方案作了介绍.改造后的工艺流程合理可行,不但有节能降耗的效果,且利于环境保护,可供同行参考.
The Modification of casting water system into circulating use in caprolactam polymerization is introduced. The produc-tion practice shows the modified process is reasonable and feasible. This modification not only can save energy and soft water consumption but also benefit the environmental protection.
