摘要
分析了填充粒子与基质之间的界面层对聚合物复合材料力学性能的影响。基于简化的模型,提出了估算界面层厚度的表达式: Li = rf{{[1 - Φf(1 - v)]/ (1 - Φf)} 1/ 3 - 1} , 讨论了粒子的大小和含量与界面层厚度之间的关系。
The effects of the interlayer between the filler particles and the matrix on the mechanical properties of polymer composites were analyzed.On the basis of a simplified model,an expression for estimating the interlayer thickness(Li)was proposed.In addition,the relationship between Li and the particle size and its content was discussed.
