摘要
本文详细分析了挤出模 C A E 前、后置处理系统的特点及功能,采用有限无法对挤出过程进行模拟仿真,提出了一种新的有限元网格生成方法与等值线的绘制,系统采用了可视化技术,能较好地处理数据和识别数据,把计算分析结果直观地以图形、图像显示出来。
In this paper the functions and characteristics of pre processing and post processing system for computer aided engineering(CAE) of extrude mold are discussed in detail.The extrude processing is simulated to use the finite element approaches.A new finite element method and the drawing of equal value lines are suggested.This system uses the visualization technology which can deal with data and distinguish data.The analysis result could be showed in audio visual by a figure and a picture.
