摘要
用共沉淀法制备了一系列SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂,详细研究了添加Al2O3对SO42-/ZrO2。超强酸样品的晶化、比表面、硫含量、超强酸性和正了烷异构化反应的影响。添加Al2O3。会延迟ZrO2的晶化和晶相转变,增强SO42-/ZrO2体系的超强酸性和正了烷异构化反应的活性、稳定性。
SO42-/Al2O3 catalysts added with different amount of Al,O, were prepared using copre-cipitation method. Influence of addition of Al2O3 to ZrO2, on crystallization, surface area, sulfur content and superacidity of SO42-/ZrO2 and its performance in n-butane isomerization was studied. Addition of Al2O3 to ZrO2 retards crystallization and phase transformation of ZrO2, enhances solid superacidity of SO42-/ZrO2 and increases activity and stability of SO42-/ZrO2 in n-butane isomeriza-tion.
