本文是用双马来酰亚胺树脂与腰果壳油加成反应,然后将此预聚物再与酚醛作缩合反应,从而在改性树脂中既采用了腰果壳油增韧又引进了耐热性优异的BMI基团,获得了高性能的基体树脂。文中用大量的实验数据和分析结果,验证了基体树脂的改性效果,表明了该种改性树脂是一种较理想的基体材料,其制成的摩阻材料的热分解温度超过了400
In this paper,we take pains with researching the modfied resin,our main project is that let 4′4-diaminodipheryl-methane react with Cashew shell oil,then using this pre-poly-mer to claisen with phenolic resin, Thus, in this modified resin comporient, it contains notonly cashew shell oil to improve toughness but also BMl to enhance heat-resistant property.So, A high properties matrix rnaterial is required. The good effect of this matrix is verified by a great deal of experimental data and results, it is to say that this rnodified resin is a good matrlx material. The frictional resistant composite materials with this modified phenolics as matrix is manufactured, Their decomposed thermal is over 400℃.
