摘要
建立了测定酱油、酱料中氯化钠含量的交流示波极谱滴定法。在 01 m ol· L- 1 N H4 Ac 溶液中,用硝酸银滴定氯化钠,过量的硝酸银使重铬酸钾切口消失用于指示滴定终点。方法简便、快速、准确,不需脱色等处理可直接用于酱油、酱料中氯化钠含量测定,结果满意。
An oscillopolarographic titration method was described to determine sodium chloride in sauce.Sodium chloride was titrated with silver nitrate in the solution of 0.1 mol·L -1 NH 4Ac.The bichrome incision disappeared with excess of silver nitrate to indicate the end of titration.The method was used to determine sodium chloride in sauce with simple operation,accurate result and without decolorization.
