摘要
结合吉化炼油厂的实际情况,科学、合理地设计了催化装置的“火炬”气回收系统的工艺流程。介绍了该厂“火炬”气回收系统的设计方法、设备计算( 水封罐的设计、压缩机的选择等) 以及先进的自动控制系统的选择和布局等,并力求能对30 万t/a 乙烯装置和芳烃装置的“火炬”气的回收起到一定的参考作用。
Combining the realistic situation of Oil Refinery of JCGC,a scientific reasonable design was made for torch gas recycling system of catalyst cracking plant.The article recommended the method of design and the calculation of equipments of the factories torch gas recycling system (the design of sealed tank and the selection of compressors etc.) and the selection and arrangement of advanced automatic controlling system. We do our best strength to make a certain reference for the torch gas recycling system of 300 thousand t/a of ethylene plant and aromatic plant.
