摘要
介绍了吉化镍触媒过氧化氢生产装置的技术改造情况。通过对装置的“瓶颈”问题分析,将氢化工序由镍触媒悬浮床加氢改为钯触媒固定床加氢,对氧化塔实施了内部构件改造。两项改造提高了装置的生产能力。经过试生产证明,改造后降低了原料和动力消耗,减少了污染物排放。
This paper introduced the information of technological reform for JCGC's H 2O 2 plant for trying to increase the yield of H 2O 2,the neck of bottle of old plant had been found out.In hydrogenating reaction,suspended Raney Ni catalyst was substitued by fixed Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst.In oxidating reaction the inner structure of oxidation column was reformed.The reform resulted in the increase of capacity of H 2O 2 plant.It decreased the consumption of raw material and power.It also reduced the pollution.
