摘要
研究了在火焰原子吸收光谱法中辛基酚聚氧乙烯(9) 醚(Triton X- 100) 对锌的增感作用。在仪器工作达最佳条件及合适的酸存在下,100 的Triton X- 100 可使锌的吸光度增感16 .3 % ,且能消除多种共存金属元素的干扰,可以准确测定蜂蜜中锌的质量分数。
It is reported in this paper that in the presence of Triton X-100, the sensitivity for the FAAS determination of zinc is remarkably enhanced. The absorption can be enhanced by 16.3% and interference of coexisting elements can also be eliminated with 100 Triton X-100 under the best condition of instrument and suitable acid existed so that the mass fraction of zinc in honey can be determined accurately.
