摘要
介绍了以４０ ×１０ － ４ ｍｏｌ／ Ｌ 的草酸溶液为参比， 用分光光度法于２６６ｎ ｍ 处测定焦性没食子酸的方法。方法简便、快速、精密度好、准确度高， 且所需仪器设备简便， 分析成本低。
The spectrophotometry was used for determination of the contents of pyrogallol. The maximum peak was at 266nm as 4.4×10 -4 mol/L oxalic acid was applied as the reference. The method is simple and precise, and cost is low. Key words pyrogallol spectrophotometry analysis on method was described to determine sodium chloride in sauce.Sodium chloride was titrated with silver nitrate in the solution of 0.1 mol·L -1 NH 4Ac.The bichrome incision disappeared with excess of silver nitrate to indicate the end of titration.The method was used to determine sodium chloride in sauce with simple operation,accurate result and without decolorization.
