摘要
通过单因素搜索和正交实验对以 Candida boid inii No2201 之诱变株 Y- 108 利用玉米芯水解液生产 S C P 的酸水解工艺进行了研究。本文报道了玉米芯原料酸水解工艺中,预处理方式、料液比、水解温度、时间、酸浓度等对水解还原糖得率和细胞产量的影响,结果表明,适宜的酸水解条件为 1∶8 的料水比、15% 的硫酸、在 120℃的温度下直接水解 3h,其还原糖得率高达 43% 左右,菌体产量平均在23g/ L。
cid hydrolysis conditions for SCP production from corn cobs hydrolysate with Y-108,a mutant of Candida boidinii No 2201 are studied by using single element research and orthogonal tests The effects of various pretreatment methods,solid:liquid ratio,temperature,time,sulfuric acid concentration of hydrolysis on rate of hydrolysis and cell yield are reported The experiment result shows that the optimum hydrolysis conditions are a ratio of solid to liquid 1∶8,a concentration of sulfuric acid 1 5%,a temperature of 120℃,rate of hydrolysis of 34%,hydrolysising directly for 3h A reducing sugar yield rate of 43%,a dry cell yield of 23g/L are obtained
