摘要
用射频磁控溅射的方法制备自旋阀NiO/NiFe/Cu/NiFe,通过改变外磁场、电流以及钉扎层易轴间的相对取向,研究自旋阀中的磁电阻与三者相对取向间的关系。结果表明,在自旋阀中磁电阻效应具有各向异性的特点。各向异性的起因在于磁性材料的磁各向异性和磁性材料中电子散射的各向异性。
Exchanged Spin valves NiO/NiFe/Cu/NiFe were prepared with ar magnetron sputtering and the GMR effect in whem were investigated. It was found that GMR effectin Spin valves was not isotropy-MR value was related to the relative direction among H, Hex andI. It is the unidirectional anisotropy of magnetic film and the anisotropy of scattering of electronin magnetic materials that lead the anisotropy of MR in Spin valves.
