对当前我国农业现代化规划和示范建设的思考

针对当前我国农业现代化规划和示范建设中的几个问题：农业现代化的内涵，如何规划设计农业现代化以及转移农村人口，谈论几点看法。农业现代化既是一个静态的具体内容，又是一个动态的历史过程。在农业现代化的规划设计中，应合理制定规划设计原则、指导思想以及分解内容等。农业劳动生产率是衡量农业现代化水平的根本性指标，转移农村人口是贯彻于我国农业现代化实现过程中的重要内容。
