体外循环发展与展望 被引量:2

摘要 1953年,Gibbon首次为一位18岁女病人成功实施体外循环(CPB)下手术。随着CPB的推广和使用,CPB在发挥其心肺支持功能的基础上,技术不断完善,生物医学工程、基础医学、计算机以及相关其他临床学科的新技术与CPB相结合,使得CPB过程更安全、有效。相关学科的发展为CPB的进一步改善提供了可能。现就体外循环的发展趋势作一综述。
