高应变动测技术在海洋石油平台桩基工程中的应用研究 被引量:12

ON THE APPLICATION OF HIGH STRAIN TESTING IN PILE DRIVING OF OFFSHORE PLATFORM

摘要 针对目前国内海洋石油平台桩基工程中打入大直径超长桩时经常出现的拒锤、应力过大造成坏桩等工程问题,海洋工程中急需填补在桩基打入的同时缺少必要的监控手段和在打桩结束后缺少检验桩基设计承载力方法的空白。在海洋桩基工程很难做静载试验的情况下,在国内首次使用高应变动测技术对海洋石油平台桩基打桩过程进行全程监控,并且进行了评估其桩基承载力的复打测试。在试验的基础上,重点研究分析了高应变动测在海洋石油平台全程监控中的适用性以及在评估其桩基承载力方面的可靠性。结果表明高应变动测技术在海洋石油平台桩基监控和检验方面具有重要作用。 To solve the problem of refusal and pile stresses in the driving of the piles with large diameters and lengths in the building of offshore platform,it is important to know the drivability and the bearing capacity of the pile when driving the super-long and large-diameter pile in ocean oil engineering.It is hard to perform static load test in such an environment and few means can be taken to check the capacity of the pile after driving.And there is no means to evaluate the performance of the driving system during pile driving domestically up to now.The high strain testing method is carried out in an offshore platform project to check the process of the pile drivability and test the static capacity by re-strike.The applicability and dependability of the high strain testing in the offshore platform project are analyzed with the testing results.It has been proved that high strain testing method can give perfect evaluation on pile drivability and static bearing capacity in the offshore platform project.
