英、美两国医改的基本方向是一致的:在筹资和医疗卫生体制的宏观管理上,发挥政府的组织领导功能;而在医疗卫生的实际生产和微观管理过程中,政府放手和退出。

Health service is one of the foundations for all the countries,which has gained more and more attention both from the governments and the public,and thus become one of the key development priorities.The development of health reform in different countries could reflect the important trends in global health industry.As China's economy is growing fast,the development and reform of healthcare system are facing many challenges,which might be able to find answers from health reform experience in other countries.
