摘要
针对本厂电渣重熔生产锻钢冷轧辊坯的生产实践进行了冷轧辊坯质量控制的研究工作.对渣系选择、预熔渣的工业应用及冷轧辊坯内部质量控制等方面进行了深入的剖析.结果表明,酸性渣和碱性渣都可以用于重熔生产,但比较而言,碱性渣更好,多元渣系对质量控制更有利,预熔渣比非预熔渣对质量控制、降低成本更有利.控制合理的熔化速度是控制钢锭内部质量的重要因素.
Our factory is a professional manufacturer of roll, in this paper some investigation about producing forged steel cold roll ESR billet has been done. Selection of slag, industrial application of premelted slag and internal quality control of cold roll and other aspects have been analyzed. Kesults showed that both acid slag and basic slag can be used for producing cold roll billets, but relatively speaking, basic slag is better. More constituents are better. Premelted slag is better than non - premelted slag for controlling the ingot quality and reducing cost. Rational melting rate is an important reason for controlling internal quality of ingot.
