摘要
大型钢锭是核电、石化等行业的必备材料,电渣重熔是生产大型高质钢锭的有效方法.本文对采用单电极、三电极和四电极电渣重熔生产80t钢锭的体系进行了数值模拟和分析,结果表明,在生产大型钢锭时,四电极的布置方式更有利于钢锭质量的控制.
Large ingot is essential materials for nuclear power, petrochemical and other industries, and electroslag remelting (ESR) is an effective method for producing large ingots of high quality. In this paper, single electrode, three electrodes and four electrodes 80t ESR ingot production system for the numerical simulation and analysis, this analysis shows that in the production of large ingots, the four - electrode layout is more conducive to quality control of steel ingot.
