猪日瘦肉量的生化遗传标记筛选研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和分光光度计比色法分别测定了杜×长大66 头杂种猪的5 种同工酶多态性. ( Est2 , Hpx , Am1 , Am2 , Cp) 和6 种酶活性 ( G P T, G O T, Akp , Acp , Amy , Cp) , 并对其与猪日瘦肉量的关系进行了线性模型分析、相关分析和回归分析. 结果表明, 5种同工酶位点均表现为多态性, 但对日瘦肉量效应都不显著; 6 种酶活性中, 2 种酶活性( Akp 和 G P T) 与日瘦肉量相关显著. enzyme polymorphisms and 6 enzyme activities in Duroc×(Landrace×Large White) are tested respectively by means of vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometer colorimetry. The general linear model correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to screen the biochemical genetic markers associated with average daily lean tissue gain. The results suggest:All 5 enzyme loci show polymorphism and have no significant effect on average daily lean tissue gain; 2 enzyme activity (Akp and GPT) of 6 (GPT GOT Akp Acp Amy Cp) are significantly correlated respectively with average lean tissue gain.
