摘要
综述螺旋藻的发展历史、养殖技术、营养成分及医药保健功能, 介绍了一些国内外近期开发的螺旋藻添加剂、色素、药品、饲料以及云南省螺旋藻的生产和产品开发现状, 并提出了云南省螺旋藻的发展思路.
This paper reviews the history, production technique, nutrition composition and health function of Spirulina , introduces some food additives, coloring matters, drugs and feedstuff exploited from Spirulina in China and overseas recently, and the status of Spirulina production and expliotation in Yunnan Province. Finally, the strategies of the future development of Spirulina were suggested.
