双侧口轮匝肌粘膜瓣在双侧唇裂术后继发畸形中的应用

Secondary correction of deformities of the vermilion with bilateral mucomuscular flap after bilateral cleft lip repair

目的:探求一种新的矫正双侧唇裂术后继发畸形红唇口哨畸形的手术方法。方法:应用红唇双侧口轮匝肌粘膜瓣矫正单侧唇裂术后继发畸形中的红唇畸形。结果:所有病例术后全部一期愈合,无粘膜瓣坏死,唇部形态明显改善,有明显的唇珠,上下唇关系协调。结论:红唇双侧口轮匝肌粘膜瓣可以矫正口哨样畸形,加强唇珠形态,术后效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To explore a new method to corrcet deformities of the vermilion after bilateral cleft lip repair.Methods Vermilion bilateral mucomuscular flap was designed to repair secondary deformities of the vermilion in patients with cleft lip.Results The grade A healing was found in all the cases.No flap necrosis was noted.The result was satisfactory.Conclusion With vermilion bilateral mucomuscular flap,whistle deformity and obsolete tubercle are corrected.It is an ideal method for correction of deformities of the vermilion with vermilion bilateral mucomuscular flap after bilateral cleft lip repair.
