21份玉米抗冷自交系配合力的分析及利用

Analysis of Combining Ability for Main Characters of 21 Maize Cold Resistant Inbreds and Their Application

本 文以“八 五”期间筛 选的２１ 份玉米抗 冷自交 系为被测 系，采用 Ｎ ＣⅡ 交配设计 的原理和方法 ，研究了１２ 个性状 的配合 力及其群 体遗传 参数 。结果 表明 ：被 测系 各性 状的 一般 配合 力方差均达 极显著 水平。吉８８０ 等５ 个自交系 的综合性 状较优 ，可在育 种中 直接 利用； 而吉９０６ 等４ 个自交系 的综合 性状较差 ，需改良 后方可利 用；其余 自交系部 分性 状的 一般 配合 力较 优，可 用来 改良其它自交 系或作 为选育二 环系的 基础 材 料。被 测 系多 数 性状 的一 般 配合 力方 差 大于 特殊 配 合力方差， 且多数性 状的遗传 力小于５０ ％ ，环境方 差偏大。

maize inbred Lines with cold resistant were sedected in Eighth Five years plant,to study their Combining ability of 12 characters and population genetil parameters by NC-Ⅱ design and method.The result showed that there were significant differences among estimates of general combining ability(GCA)of the inbreds General characters of five lines were better,can be directly used as parents of hybrids General characters of four lines were worse,only after improved,can be utilized Some characters of the left lines were better,can be used to improve individual character or as basic materials for breeding new lines .GCA variance of their most character was bigger than special combining ability(SCA)variance ,but most heritability were less than 50per-cent,enviromental variance was bigger.
