PLC和变频器在乌钾母液泵恒压系统的应用

Application of PLC and frequency converter in constant pressure system of mother liquor pump in Uzbekstan a Potash Fertilizer

为了稳定钾肥生产,利用PLC和变频器对钾肥生产用母液系统进行恒压控制。本文介绍了母液泵恒压控制系统软硬件设计及母液泵恒压控制系统工作方式,实际应用结果表明,采用PLC和变频器可以实现对母液系统供应的恒压控制。

In order to stabilize potash fertilizer production, PLC and frequency converter were utilized to conduct constant pressure control for mother liquor system used for potash fertilizer production. Software and hardware design of constant pressure control system of mother liquor pump and its operation mode were introduced in the paper. Practical application results indicated that constant pressure control for mother liquor supply system could be realized by adopting PLC and frequency converter.
