摘要
从Linatex振动脱水筛的脱水原理、设备特点、设备投资、备件消耗及直接成本等方面介绍了其在回收选矿厂尾砂中的应用,一年的实际生产情况表明,利用该脱水筛年可回收尾砂15万余t,结束了以往购买粉煤灰充当井下充填原料的历史,既减少了尾砂的排放,又延长了尾砂库使用年限,年直接经济效益达900余万元。
On the part of dehydration principle, equipment fea- tures, equipment investment, spare part consumption and direct cost and others, application of Linatex vibrating-dewatering screen in recovering tailings Sands from ore treat plant was intro- duced. Real production results indicated that more than 0.15 mil- lion tons tailings sands could be recovered in one year by utilizing the dewatering screen.
