福美双混剂HPLC分析方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用 O D S2 C18 色谱柱,反相高效液相色谱法,在只改变检测波长而其它色谱条件不变的情况下,完成福美双混剂中福美双、稻瘟灵和甲霜灵3 个农药组分含量的测定。结果表明,该方法测定3 个农药组分的准确度分别为998 % 、995 % 、992 % ,精密度分别为051 % 、274 % 、269 % 。 The contents of thiram, metalaxyl and isoprothiolane in mixing thiram agent were determined by HPLC and ODS 2 C 18 chromatogram columniation under changing examine wavelength only. The results showed that the accuracy of thiram, metalaxyl and isoprothiolane was 99.8%, 99.5%, and 99.2%, and the precision was 0.51%, 2.74% and 2.69%, respectively.
